This is an Aquanite female. In the Elearian Galaxy, aquanite females are well-known for their exotic sex-appeal. The sad thing is that these beauties frequently end in the streets of Krillen, offering wanga-wanga in exchange for a few Elearian credits. We could see Annita in the first episode of Galactic Junk. She deserved more than a few panels and a life in the streets.
